Players Code of Conduct
- I accept and understand the seriousness of my responsibility and the
privilege of representing my team and my community. - I will treat opponents the way I would like to be treated, as a guest or
friend. - I will refrain from taunting, trash talking or making any kind of
derogatory remarks to our opponents during the game, especially
comments of an ethnic or racial nature. I will refrain from intimidating
behavior and drawing attention to myself. - I will wish opponents good luck before the game and congratulate
them in a sincere manner that I would like to be greeted with
following either a victory or a defeat. - I will respect the integrity and judgment of game officials. I will treat
them with respect, even if I disagree with their judgment, which will
serve to make a positive impression of my team and myself in the
eyes of the officials and all people at the game. - I will win with humility and lose with grace. I will do both with
dignity and avoid excessive celebrating after a play or end of a game.
